It’s my message to you about this unique IV, which is available now for $125 off at Integrative Spine and Sports. I have created a cocktail specifically designed to target immunity and build the body’s resources. It’s something that I personally take twice a month.

  • ⚡️ Vitamin B5, B6, B12 for energy and inflammation reduction

  • 💪 Calcium, Magnesium, Biotin for bone, muscle, hair, & skin health

  • ✅ Glutathione IV Push: an anti-aging antioxidant that helps repair DNA and fight infection

Normally, this IV costs $275.

🌟 Right now, I’m offering it at $150 for all of my patients. Immune health is more important than ever, and I’m happy to provide assistance in this way! 💗

You can claim this promotion at both Integrative Spine and Sports locations starting today. Make sure to mention this promotion when you call for your appointment!

We are all SO over it. But it’s not over.

Let’s review the basics to keep your body secure (aside from being vaccinated and boosted and maintaining safe social practices!)

  1. Take your supplements.

    1. Vitamin C, Vitamin D, & Zinc are the most helpful.

    2. IV is even better! That’s why I am offering all of my patients $125 off IV Vitamin Therapy for a specialized immunity-boosting cocktail that I have developed. This IV is something I take myself. I like to do it twice a month because I am not messing around with this stuff. Click here to make an appointment and mention this promotion!

  2. Get sleep. 7-9 hours every day will help keep your body strong.

  3. Stay hydrated. 8+ glasses of water daily to keep your lymphatic system working and your body functioning as well as possible.

  4. Keep up that hygiene. Wash your hands, keep your hand sanitizer close, and change your clothes when you get home. I change out of my scrubs/outside clothes right away (before fully entering the house, really), which has helped me avoid infection.

  5. Wear N95 masks. I know it's not fun, but we have to do it.

COVID-Related Joint Pain Tips

If you’re experiencing COVID-related joint pain, you are not alone. Like many viruses, this one can cause massive inflammation in the body. (You may have heard the scary-sounding term “cytokine storm.”) Inflammation is a common cause of joint pain. As a physical medicine doctor, I feel compelled to speak on this topic. I want to help my patients in NYC, along with anyone who may be reading this blog!

Here are 5 things you can do at home for your COVID-related joint pain:

  1. For swollen joints, remember the word RICE: Rest, Ice, Compression, and Elevation.

  2. Try over-the-counter medication, such as acetaminophen, as needed! Try to avoid NSAIDS/anti-inflammatories like ibuprofen as it’s easy to become reliant upon them, which can cause harmful side effects.

  3. Do what you can to avoid flare-ups. Many COVID patients (that’s nearly all of us now, isn’t it?) have tried resuming their normal activity a little too soon and experienced flare-ups afterward. Pro tip: don’t push yourself. It takes a while to heal from this.

  4. Try very low-impact exercises when you are ready! Examples include slow walking and easy yoga stretches.

  5. Visit your doctor. This may sound extremely basic (because it is), but sometimes the obvious needs to be said. My patients experiencing post-viral joint pain come in for all sorts of help, from prescriptions to trigger point injections to joint injections, PRP, vitamin infusions, and more.

You’ve Gotten (Over) COVID…Now What?

5 simple things you can do to build your body back:

Helpful exercises courtesy of Johns Hopkins Medicine

  1. Rest!

  2. Hydrate and replenish your electrolytes

  3. IV vitamin therapy

    1. Personally, I do this once a month (normally) and twice a month during these times to keep my immune system strong.

  4. Deep breathing exercises

  5. Low-impact exercises to keep that inflammation down (slow walking, yoga stretches)

There is no silver bullet to feeling 100% normal again. The most important thing to do is not to push yourself. Give your body the time, care, and attention it needs to heal properly. There’s a good chance you may need to see a doctor for lingering symptoms. If so, don’t hesitate to call your local doctor. If you still need help getting over hurdles, I know it’s scary and annoying, but there are things you can do.

If you’re in the NYC area and experience lingering symptoms, you can contact my team and me at Integrative Spine and Sports, where we have helped many patients with lingering pain, fatigue, and more through physical therapy, chiropractic care, and medical help. Personally, I provide a lot of help to patients experiencing post-viral fatigue, joint pain, headaches, and vitamin deficiencies.

We are all so over it. But it is not over. So wear your NIOSH-approved N95 masks (no more cloth masks!), stay strong, and stay safe. ❤️
